  • 2002: Participation at the start-up competition of the states Berlin/Brandenburg and ranked 5th place on state level.
  • 2002/2003: Formation of the company by Dr. ing. Janet Nagel, Stefanie Wachter, and Petra Hartjes (Business Angel, until 2010)

About us

“Moving Teams”. This motto means to us, that we want to give people an extraordinary moment of time, whereby they detect new potentials inside themselves triggering ideas to expand their personal development during their everyday life. We want our company to differentiate itself from the market through our strong ability for innovation and creativity, professional services, thus, leading to customer satisfaction.
Dr. Ing. Janet Nagel holds a PhD in engineering for energy and process technologies and has a long history in the field of environment. Since 2001 she has continued her studies to become a systemic coach (membership at DBVC), NLP practicioner (DVNLP), horse assisted personnel and professional trainer (Horse Dream; membership at EAHAE) and Certified Ropes Course and Outdoor Trainer (Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln). At TeamVenture she is responsible for training, education, concept development, and acquisition. With SunSolutions, she is offering consulting services in the field of QM, process enhancement, and strategy development.
Stefanie Wachter holds a diploma in Geography. In order to prepare herself for TeamVenture she has continued her studies to facility management (TAW Technische Akademie Wuppertal) and to Sports Management (IST Academy for Sports, Leisure, and Tourism). At TeamVenture she is responsible for marketing, finance, personnel, and organisation.
