The sequence of the event is closely finetuned to your requirements and goals. As an example, we will start with the observation of a wolf pack in an animal park. In a second step experiences about ones own leadership manner are collected.

Natural Leaders – Trainings with Wolves and Horses
Wolves and horses have been companions of mankind for many of thousands of years. Whereas the relationship to wolves is very ambivalent, many development steps of mankind are barely likely without horses.
Both animals have a substantial myth in common around their characteristics. What is so exciting about meeting them and what is the connection to your everyday life? This is what we explore during our classes “natural leaders”, which we offer at various locations in Germany, e.g. at Schorfheide, the Greater Rhein-Ruhr Area, or in the Würzburg area.
