Women in Leadership
“Women in Leadership” is an innovative and multilevel program consisting of personality test, single coaching, and seminar with which you continue to develop your personality and leadership potential based on your individual strengths. In different German States you can obtain state state funding. We would be happy to advise you on this.
Objective
We go further into the question, “who am I in my role as leader, why do I do what I do and how could I change or improve what I do”. Working with wolves and horses will inspire you and you can experience directly results from changing your behaviour. During individual coachings you can directly pursue personal challenges, questions, and objectives and you will receive direct support in coping with them.
