Handing over the castle to a social project is the highlight of the day. Thus, the project has also a social setting in addition to the aspect of team development.

Following, TeamVenture takes over the complete organization, including the search for an appropriate event location.
Examples to get involved in social projects are i.e. constructing toys or play equipment for a children `s project, team cooking for a social institution, construction of a crib and crib figurines for Christmas, and many other.
